Prior to full scale development, we acquired experience delivering single family residences and duplexes, as well as mid rise condominiums and hotels, in design, permitting, construction and project delivery. Architecture
PRZ Development has access to an talented in-house design team, led by Director and founder John Perez. The architecture team has extensive experience designing luxury single family homes and hotels for clients. They apply this knowledge to design each new development project, aiming to provide to buyers all of the elements of a custom designed home, without the need for the client having to go through the selection process. The end result is a highly customized product, move-in ready for the right buyers.

Construction
